This book is a companion for Bridge Essentials -Opening the Bidding for beginners in Bridge. We will be looking at the roles of Opener and Responder so you can develop your first "System Card" which sets out the bidding understanding you have with your partner. This book will concentrate on suit contracts. Opening and Responses to No Trump contracts is contained in another volume.

This book is a companion for Bridge Essentials - Opening the Bidding for beginners in Bridge AND Bidding Conventions - Opening and Responding in Suit Contracts. In this book we look at the roles of Opener and Responder in No Trump contracts and continue to build the System Card which describes the system of bidding used by yourself and your partner.
